✅ Do I need to provide references before placing the order?​

Yes, absolutely. The more specifications and references we get, the better we understand your vision, and the happier you will be with the result. And we want you to be HAPPY!

✅ Does it mean you can’t come up with creative ideas yourself?

​Nope, it means “getting creative” is a very vague and subjective term so we need a direction in terms of style and approach. If you have no references that you like and want our creative input from the get-go it is doable as well. 

✅ Can you just copy a competitor’s listing?

First of all, why would you want to copy what’s already been done if you want to stand out? Secondly, although we will try to get as close as possible if needed, we can not guarantee that our work will resemble the reference with 100% accuracy since it’s not technically possible.

✅ Apart from the references, what do you need to get started?

Please send us all the requirements for the project including EVEN MINOR details that you feel are important such as location, background, props, color palette, models’ wardrobe, and even model’s nail color. Do not assume that we have the same taste and vision as you do, share with us everything in regards to how you want the content to turn out.

✅ How many samples of the product do you need for the shoot?

At least 2, in case one comes broken, scratched, faulty, etc. Also, this will allow us to have an additional sample in case the product breaks down while being used during filming (it has happened before).  

✅ Can you order my product directly from Amazon?

Yes, we can! It will add the cost of the product to the cost of the project.

✅ Do you deliver Amazon-ready images?

By default, you get a high-resolution retouched image in PNG, 1:1 ratio format ready to be uploaded to your Amazon Listing. Please specify if you need other types of files, resolutions, and formats when placing the order.

✅ What if I realize I wanted something else after I received the order?

We make sure it doesn’t happen by letting you know that the job requirements and any specifications about filming & editing have to be sent BEFORE you place an order. We are not able to make modifications to the script or specific shots after the budget is confirmed and the order has been placed. For any additional requests or changes of what we agreed on before you will need to place another order.

✅ How many free revisions do you offer?

We offer 1 free revision included in each project which means 1 round of corrections for any of the items that were delivered. PLEASE READ THIS: Revision can only involve things that can be changed in post-production (meaning editing). Revision can NOT involve things that are done during filming. If we need to reshoot the project, you will have to place another order.

✅ I might need more content later, can you keep my product for future projects?

Due to the limited space we have available for storing items in our studio, the storage fee will be charged extra depending on the product size. Otherwise, the product will be discarded within 2 weeks after the project has been completed.

✅ What about delivery times?

We always strive for the fastest delivery possible. Usually, it takes between 15 to 20 business days once the product has been received, based on our current workload and project complexity which we will make you aware of. If you need an extra-fast delivery please let us know and we’ll adjust the quote accordingly to make sure we meet your deadline.

✅ Do you offer bulk pricing?

Each project is different, but we can adapt to the clients’ needs.

✅ What is the lowest price you work with?

The lowest starting point is $1200 for 15 listing images. Each project is custom made but thats where we start.

✅ Can you make just one image for me?

We don’t work with just one image but with full content for the listing. Even if you think that one image will make the difference, the truth is that the content is the listing. Only with consistent and effective content throughout your listing, you will be able to boost your sales.

✅ Do I have full copyright to the content you create for me? 

You have the right to use all the images as a digital reproduction, including on websites, in online advertising, in social media, in mobile advertising, mobile “apps”, software, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.), email marketing and in online media. 

NOT permitted usage includes:

• Printed in physical form as part of product packaging and labeling, letterhead and business cards, point of sale advertising, CD and DVD cover art, or in the advertising and copy of tangible media, including magazines, newspapers, books, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution. 

• As part of an “Out-of-Home” advertising campaign, including on billboards, street furniture, etc. 

• If you want to use the images for any of the above please let us know and we will add that to the quote.

✅ What about your rights to use the content you create for me?

Share It Studio has the rights to use the created content as a part of our portfolio and for advertising purposes unless there’s a signed agreement stipulating that you own whatever we create for you, including all of the associated intellectual property rights. If you DO NOT want us to use the content we create for you as a part of our portfolio and/or to advertise our services, please let us know before placing the order as it will affect the project cost. 

✅ Do I get the source files as well? 

 RAW and source files are NOT INCLUDED in the project cost as it will provide you with a level of convenience that has value beyond the contracted edit. On top of that, by providing you with a source file we automatically give up the possibility of getting more business from this project. And being a small business we make a sustainable income from the maintenance aspect of our business, not just one-off projects, so we rely upon the clients that appreciated our work from the beginning to further invest in us as more work becomes necessary. 

However, if you do want to purchase RAW and/or source files anyway, you’re free to do so and their cost would be 50% of the total project cost (photos and video). The cost of the graphic design source files is to be discussed individually. Source files include FCXP, Adobe CC source, and project files.

✅ Can you send the product back after the shoot is done? 

Sure thing. If you want us to send your product back to you or Amazon warehouse please make us aware of that BEFORE placing the order as this will add a handling fee to the total cost of the project, and also please include the prepaid shipping label when sending the product to us.
